While renting a property Charlotte and her partner saved for a house deposit using the Help to Buy ISA, going on to buy her first home in September 2019 aged just 27! 😲

The average age of a first-time buyer in the UK is 33!

They started their ISAs in 2017 aged 24 and had funds ready to start their search by the end of 2018.

Advice from a financial advisor gave them the knowledge and insight about mortgages they lacked. Armed with this knowledge this then spurred them on, paving the way towards buying their first home. 🙏
