By bringing this video to light, I hope viewers will be encouraged to have an open and honest conversation with your mothers/loved ones about something that has been heavy on your heart, especially if you are suffering from depression or anxiety.

We as Samoans need to have more open and honest discussions about our mental health. It’s noting to feel ashamed of, and should never be fought alone.
