Trimet's New Electric Buses Have Entered Service! Trimet Line 9 Ride (Powell/122nd to SW 5th/Clay)

Here is a ride on the brand new Gillig Low Floor Plus electric buses. This was the first trip on these things. I just happened to be in the area when #4403 was on its way to Gresham. At the time of this video's upload, they have only been in service for less than a week. They haven't run on weekends yet, they've only ran on line 9, and not more than two at a time. But, this is the first bulk order of electric buses in Trimet. We'll see how long it takes until all 24 buses have entered service.
