This video is all about Maa Girija Devi who is also known as Maa Birija Devi, this Idol is 1st Avaatar of Maa DurgaDevi.
This temple is located near the river Vaitarani in Jajpur, ODISHA. This temple is 99 km far from Bhubaneswar, ODISHA.
This temple is one of the old ancient and famous temple in Jajpur which was built in 13th century.
Maa DurgaDevi is one of the powerful goddess in this planet.

According to the history, from the 18th Shakti Pheetas, this temple stands as 11th Shakti Pheetas.
This temple is also known as Viraja Kshetra because as per the history, Sati's navel fell in this holy place.

This temple has many unknown facts and unsolved mystery which is still a question mark for the science technology till today. One of the scenario is NabhiGaya Kund.

Now explanation of the Idol, this idol has two hands, in one hand she pierces the chest of Mahishasura with a spear and in other hand she pulls the tail of the Mahishasura. The Durga idol is standing on Lion in one leg and other leg is on Mahishasura chest.

In actual we can only see the Idol face only because whole Idol is covered with the ornaments and saree.
The crown of Girija Devi has 5 symbol i.e. Ganesha, Vasuki, Shiva, Shakti & Crescent moon.

This temple has another attraction which is ShivaLingas. It is said there are 108 ShivaLingas in this temple premises and some 1 crore ShivaLingas in entire Jajpur.
There are also other God/Goddess in this holy temple premises.

Here main aspect is one who do Pitru Pooja (Pinda Dhaan) in this temple their soul will be marked to Heaven's world.
Those pinda dhaan are drop in the NabhiGaya Kund. It is said in the history that Vaitarani river accepts this pinda dhaan and keeps the NabhiGaya Kund empty for the next day.
This pinda dhaan flows to Ganga river in secret way. Till date no one is aware and still question mark about the secret mystery way.
