2015-2020 F150 Coilovers Replacement Bilstein 6112 Upgrade! Lift, Level, and Upgrade your truck! I am not a mechanic and have zero professional experience or knowledge. This video is for entertainment only! That being said, here we are replacing the coilovers on this truck. The process should be the same for almost any coilover / shock / spring / strut replacement on this truck. We are lifting this truck but the process is similar for a direct replacement.
