Excel: Sum ranges quickly using Ctrl and AutoSum by Chris Menard

When you have similar ranges, they don't have to be identical, you can use the CTRL key and AutoSum to quickly add subtotals and then get the grand total to calculate from the subtotals.

The CTRL key in Excel will select non-adjacent ranges.
