Ascension Summerlin Update - Las Vegas' Newest Luxury Community by Toll Brothers and Pulte

It's been an exciting six months since our last Ascension in Las Vegas update, with homes selling faster than ever—Toll Brothers and Pulte can barely keep up with demand.

Each community is releasing approximately four homesites per month, with the first models just unveiled at Incline by Pulte. Already, most communities are 25% sold out, and appointments at Toll are booking two weeks in advance.

What makes Ascension so popular? It's a rare find in Summerlin, offering guard-gated communities with clubhouse amenities—a perfect fit for the influx of out-of-state residents seeking spacious, new construction homes.

Pricing updates reveal base prices on the rise since sales began, with Toll seeing increases of up to $100,000. Pulte has also adjusted prices slightly, particularly for coveted view lots which are now being bid on in high-demand areas.

Looking for a quick move-in? Caprock at Ascension has a variety of lots and move-in ready homes starting at $2.2 million. Toll offers quick moves at Crestline for $2.55 million, featuring spacious layouts and potential strip views from the second floor.
