How to fix a thermal printer that is skipping or printing blank labels:
- turn off and open the printer
- remove the label roll
- check for paper jam or any stuck labels, paper or dust
- remove any objects obstructing the label sensor
- clean out any glue or sticky goo using alcohol pads
- test and make sure the printer is working properly now.
