How to Redeem and Use the eBook/videos

1. On purchase of the digital content (eBook/videos), a 16-digit alphanumeric license key (case-sensitive) will be mailed to the buyer’s account within 2 hours of purchase.

2. Visit www.cengage.co.in/cengagedigital or Google Playstore or iOS Appstore to download and install the Windows, Android, or iOS version of Cengage Digital App.

3. Register (sign up) on the app to create a user account with your email address.

4. To redeem the digital content, type the 16-digit alphanumeric license key (case-sensitive) in the “Redeem” section of the application and the respective content (eBook/videos) will add to the user’s account.

5. A user can access the content on Cengage Digital app on a maximum of two devices through a registered email address. A license key once redeemed to a registered account cannot be transferred to another registered account.

6. Note that the digital content is accessible on Cengage Digital App in PDF format, online assessments, and videos (in some products) for eBooks.

7. For easy navigation in PDFs, the chapter topics in the Table of Content are two-way linked with their actual location on PDF pages. Similarly, each question in the chapter is also two-way linked with its solution.
Hence, all “main topic headers”, in-text as well as exercises “question numbers” and their “solution numbers” are linked for easy navigation across a chapter PDF.

8. Videos, if present in the purchased digital product, can be watched through an in-app media player.
The redeemed digital content can be consumed only through online mode and for unlimited time till the access validity is not over.

9. Each digital product purchased will have an expiry date that differs from product to product. The user can enjoy full validity period of the product if it is redeemed within one year of the purchase. After one year of purchase, the validity period will get activated automatically, even without redemption.
