Audiogiant Royalty-Free Music License Agreement

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Audiogiant ("Licensor") and the user ("Licensee") for the use of the music tracks provided by Audiogiant.

Grant of License:
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publicly display the music tracks (the "Tracks") for commercial and non-commercial purposes, without the payment of any additional royalties.

Permitted Uses:
Licensee is permitted to use the Tracks in any form of media, including but not limited to:

YouTube videos
Podcasts
Presentations
Social media content (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
Online streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube Live)
Advertisements and promotional material
Video games and software applications
Film and video productions
Websites and online projects
Educational content
This list is not exhaustive, and Licensee may use the Tracks in other media formats as long as it complies with the terms of this agreement.

Restrictions:

Licensee may not resell or redistribute the Tracks as standalone audio files.
Licensee may not claim ownership or authorship of the Tracks.
Licensee may not use the Tracks in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
Attribution:
While not required, Licensee is encouraged to provide credit to Audiogiant when using the Tracks by including a mention in the video description or accompanying documentation.

Termination:
This license is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms.

Disclaimer:
The Tracks are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

By using the Tracks, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
