Bring order to your team’s workflow with Nifty Tasks!

Nifty’s default task board presents three lists, but you can customize your workflow by adding, renaming and rearranging tasks lists. The green highlighted pile is where finished tasks are moved to when using the automated complete button from a task or milestone. You can control which pile or piles are automated from the lightening bolt icon.

Tasks can be as simple as a do-item, or a fully rigged out objective complete with a description, a due date assigned subtasks, and attached files. Additionally, tasks have a collaborative comment section to consolidate feedback. If you’d like to keep this task private from a project Guest, simply hit the Hide Task button! And don’t forget to tie a task to a Milestone to reflect its impact on greater project objectives!

Tasks also have tags which can be created and managed per-project to bring additional clarity to the work at hand.
Premium users will have access to our time tracker and custom fields on tasks to further empower workflow and managerial efforts.
