This webinar aims to outline and discuss the concept of environmental, financial and social sustainability with tracheostomy and processes of care. We will discuss and understand sustainability across different healthcare and community environments via insights and personal lived experiences from the interprofessional team. We will explore future directions for sustainability and reflect on how we can enhance practices across the continuum of care. Participants will gain practical strategies on sustainable practices in healthcare and gain insights into activities the minimize the carbon footprint.

Objectives:
1. To understand environmental, financial and social sustainability in healthcare
2. To discuss the concept of carbon footprint in healthcare delivery with consideration across acute and community healthcare
3. To identify activities that contribute to different sustainability outcomes from healthcare providers and lived experience across acute and community healthcare
4. To discuss the opportunities and priorities for sustainability in tracheostomy care

Audience:
All people and family members with lived experience with a tracheostomy and interprofessional team members including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical/physiotherapists, anesthesia/critical care specialists, and other physical medicine and rehabilitation professionals.
