I recently got the opportunity to film this (old-school) typical German apartment in Berlin, built all the way back in 1900. This beautiful Berlin apartment is situated in the district of Charlottenburg. It holds 42 square metres of interior space, is situated on the ground floor, and it's pretty much built next to a flipping castle.
