Thugs broke into the Observer newspaper offices and stole 20 computers and several other items belonging to the Observer newspaper headquarters last night. This is the second incident of its kind in a space of six months at the paper’s offices in Kamwokya, Kampala. Outgoing Managing Director Richard Kavuma says the motive of the break-in is still unclear.
