How to fight against bigger, stronger opponents in BJJ

Описание к видео How to fight against bigger, stronger opponents in BJJ

For example you cannot realistically play the same bottom half guard game you would play with a lighter opponent when there is crushing weight bearing down your body. Open guard utilizing your legs to create distance is a great way to move around your opponent and create short bursts of off balancing to get your opponent keep their weight to themselves.
