Why Gaz Oakley chef grows no dig

Gaz is one of an increasing number of chefs who are growing their own food, because they appreciate the connection between soil, nutrition and flavour. It gladdens my heart to see this and to meet people like Gaz.
We are running a course here together on the 31st of August, but demand has been very strong and I'm afraid it's sold out. I hope we may do another next spring.
