BUSY WEEKEND VLOG | deep cleaning the apartment, running errands + healthy meal prepping

Hey there, my friends! Let's raise our glasses to another weekend filled with both hard work and good times! Sure, it wasn't the most laid-back couple of days, but boy, did we get stuff done!



First up, we went full-on clean freak mode and gave our humble abode a makeover fit for royalty. Then, we treated ourselves to a little getaway at the Saratoga Springs Resort because, hey, we deserve a taste of luxury every now and then! Oh, and let's not forget the highlight of the weekend – I officially became a card-carrying member of the Costco crew. No sponsorship yet, but a girl can dream, right?


And what's a weekend without a cozy night in with my favorite roomies, binge-watching Harry Potter? Pure bliss, my friends!


There's been so much happening lately, and I can't wait to spill the beans on what's been brewing behind the scenes. So stick around, because the adventure is just getting started, and you're all invited to join in on the fun!


Also, as promised, here's my signature Overnight "chili" recipe...


Ingredients:
Peppers
Mushrooms
Squash/Zucchini
Spinach
Potatoes
Chicken breasts
Chicken broth (or bouillon)
Salt
Pepper
Chili seasoning
Cumin
Cayenne Pepper


Directions:
Cook chicken in the crockpot overnight
In the morning, chop all veggies into bite sized pieces, and add to the crockpot.
Pour chicken broth over everything
Add seasonings to taste
Cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hours
Enjoy!
