RECIPE #1: Blackberry Tequila Smash

3 Jalapeños slices (optional)
5 Blackberries
1.5oz | 45ml Tequila
1oz | 30ml Grapefruit Juice
.75oz | 22.5ml Demererra syrup
.75oz | 22.5ml Lime Juice
Add Ingredients to Shaker and shake for 8-10 Seconds.
Pour over ice in Double Rocks glass (Crush ice optional)

Garnish: Lime wedge and Blackberry




RECIPE #2: Tequila Sunrise

2oz | 60ml Tequila
4oz | 120ml Orange Juice Juice
.25oz | 7.5ml Grenadine

Add Tequila and Orange Juice to Shaker and shake for 8-10 Seconds.
Add grenadine to glass then add ice. Strain cocktail over ice.
Use a spoon or straw to stir the bottom of the glass to get sunrise gradient

Garnish: Orange Wedge

BONUS: Grenadine Recipe
2 Cups Pomegranate Juice
3 Cups Sugar
1 TBSP Pomegranate Molassas
1 TSP Orange Blossom Flower Water



RECIPE #3: Margarita
Add Fruit or Berry (optional)
2oz | 60ml Tequila
1oz | 30ml Orange Liqueur
1oz | 30ml Lime Juice

Add Ingredients to Shaker and shake for 8-10 Seconds.
OR Add ice and place in Blender for 15 Seconds.

Add salt or Tajin to rim of glass and pour into glass.

Garnish: Lime wedge or Fruit/Berry of your choice





RECIPE #4: Elder Smoke (Cocktail Cards Original Recipe!)

1oz | 30ml Tequila
1oz | 30ml Mezcal
.5oz | 15ml St. Germain
.5oz | 15ml Grapefruit Juice
.5oz | 15ml Lime Juice

Add Ingredients into Shaker and shake for 8-10 Seconds.
Pour over a large ice Cube.
Then add .5oz of Cranberry Juice down the side of the glass

Garnish: Grapefruit Peel




RECIPE #5: Raspberry Mezcal Sour (Clover Club Riff)

1oz | 30ml Tequila
1oz | 30ml Mezcal
.75oz | 22.5ml Raspberry Syrup
.75oz | 22.5ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White or 2 TBSP of Aquafaba

Add Ingredients into Shaker and DRY SHAKE (no ice) for 30 Seconds.
Add ice to shaker and shake for 8-10 Seconds
Double Strain into Stemmed Glass

Garnish: Raspberries

(BONUS) Raspberry Syrup Recipe:
2 cups water
2 Cups Raspberries
Boil until Raspberries are colorless
Remove Raspberries
Add 1 Cup of Sugar
Stir until dissolved, then strain and let chill.
