In this video, we have a jam-packed 36-hour itinerary where we look for the best activities in Istanbul, Turkey. The city is the bridge between Europe and Asia, split down the middle by the Bosphorus Strait. We loved exploring this incredible place!

We kick things off with a cruise on the water, followed by exploring the old town that has the incredible Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and an array of streets and laneways with Turkish cuisine everywhere you look. It's an amazing place to do a walking tour with all of the main attractions close together.

Back on the Taksim Square side of town is some great shopping and nightlife. We found a rooftop restaurant that was the perfect place to enjoy the sunset and a nice meal while overlooking the city skyline and waterways.
