As many people know and have heard me say I want The Running Community to be about all of us. That's every runner whether it be a beginner or an experienced runner from our group we are one massive team and family.

So, us runners have decided to put a short VLOG up about runs we are currently doing or have just finished and so on. This is to get to know each other more as a group and to encourage us all to support and join in with each other’s running adventure.

These will be short bitesize VLOGS from our community but please feel free to get in contact and join in even if you are not yet part of our group.
