Secret Eaters is a British documentary television series about overeating. It is broadcast on Channel 4 and presented by Anna Richardson.[1] There have so far been 21 episodes spanning three series.[2] In each episode, Anna Richardson meets a group of people; usually a couple, friends or a family, who are overweight. They are then filmed in their homes for a week and followed around by 'private investigators' Cameron Gowlett and Duncan Mee who monitor their every move and record everything they eat. At the end of the week, they are confronted by the presenter about what they eat, shown footage of them eating and told how many calories they have eaten throughout the course of the week. They are also given dietary advice by expert Lynne Garton about what they have eaten.

O.A.P Internet virgins is a heartwarming eye-opening social experiment that pairs two generations in the hope that they can help each other connect with a life beyond their own and unleash the true power of the World Wide Web.The challenge here is to collectively find one aspect of the Internet that will truly revolutionise the life of the elder person, whilst simultaneously empowering their younger counterpart, bridging the generation gap and opening each others eyes to a whole new world.So once our silver surfers virtual journey starts who knows where it will end? It wont be straightforward; some will initially reject and struggle with the new technology, others will embrace it but struggle to connect with their young, impatient mentor. Will our young people discover an unlikely Internet sensation in their Silver Surfers (w/t) and form a unique collaboration that goes viral; or could they help them connect with long lost family and friends?In this funny, touching and revelatory series, what will the old learn from the young about how to make themselves heard in the 21st Century and what will the young learn from the old about life beyond the virtual?

Street Dance Crew- Each episode follows a group of non-dancers as they learn a street dance routine in secret from Ashley with the help of two or more members of Diversity who act as mentors.
Each episode begins with Ashley meeting the group he will be choreographing for and teaching. After everyone has introduced themselves, Ashley invites a number of the members of Diversity to join him and gives the group a demonstration of what level of dance they are expected to reach by the end of their training. These routines are segments from Diversity's former routines. Ashley will then leave the group with tasks regarding fitness while he and Diversity choreograph the final routine for the group. At the end of each episode, the group surprise their family and friends with the polished performance at an event

Bodyshockers (also known from the second series onwards as Bodyshockers: Nips, Tucks and Tattoos) is a Channel 4 documentary series fronted by Andover-born presenter, author, philanthropist and acid attack survivor Katie Piper. The programme meets people from across the United Kingdom who either regret past cosmetic surgery or body art procedures and wish these to be reversed, or who are planning to undergo such procedures, often for the first time: in each edition, one of those planning to undergo the modification will meet with one of those who plans reversal of similar work, in order to discuss the potential pitfalls of said surgery. Bodyshockers first aired in early 2014; a second series followed in 2015 and a third season began airing in January 2016. The program is the first of Katie Piper's Channel 4 projects to be reordered beyond its initial run.
