So the new Chills and Thrills Halloween event has been released in Dragon Mania Legends! In this event the tier 3 reward is the Gloom Lady dragon, the tier 6 reward is the Hellhound dragon and the puzzle piece dragon is the Scarecrow!

In this event you have to collect pumpkins in order to progress to new tiles and eventually unlock chests. There is a chance that each chest may contain a key that allows you to move onto the next island immediately!
