PS5 Finally a WORKING Keyboard and Mouse Setup

Here's how to setup a working keyboard and mouse for the PS5. In theory this will work with any game running on a PS5.

You'll need the following though...
-Cronus Zen updated to the beta firmware -    • Видео  
-Gamesir VX Aimbox I'm using the version 1. I think it doesn't matter if you have the version 2.
-Mobile app of the Gamesir VX Aimbox to remap the keys of the controller on the keyboard and mouse.
-Keyboard and mouse BT or wired. I'm using a logitech BT keyboard and a wired Razer mouse.

In theory why this works:
Cronus Zen with the latest beta firmware removes the need for a remote play via PC and a host controller (3rd party). The beta firmware simplifies the communication of the PS5 Dual Sense controller and the Cronus Zen. Previous firmwares (official) You can only play native PS4 games running on your PS5 while using a Cronus Zen. You'll get a "controller disconnected" if you play a PS5 version of the game while the Cronus Zen is connected.
I have Gamesir VX Aimbox for my PS4. This device paired with the mobile Gamesir app will allow you to connect a keyboard and mouse.

The idea with the Cronus Zen connected to my PS5, while the PS5 Dual Sense controller is the host controller. Then connect and use my Gamesir VX Aimbox with my keyboard and mouse attached as my main controllers work?

00:05 - 00:19 - PS5 Dual Sense controller connected wired to my PS5. Choosing my profile.
00:30 - 02:43 - Running Battlefield 2042 and using the PS5 Dual Sense controller to show that the game is being controlled by the PS5 controller.
02:45 - 02:53 - Pulled the wired PS5 controller that's why it says controller disconnected.
02:54 - 03:23 - Showing the things needed to make this work. Bluetooth keyboard (can be wired), mouse (bluetooth or wired), Cronus Zen, Gamesir VX Aimbox and PS5 controller.
03:25 - 03:42 - Connect the Cronus Zen first to your PS5. (Connecting everything together and see if this will work.)
03:47 - 04:34 - You'll see that there's an error message "PS5 games can't be played using the current controller" Reason being Battlefield 2042 is a PS5 version. When you connect Cronus Zen to the PS5 via USB it will detect an incompatible controller. All you need to do now is to connect your PS5 controller on the left side USB port of Cronus Zen. For the PS5 to recognize that you're using a PS5 Dual Sense Controller to play a PS5 version of the game.
04:36 - 04:48 - Once you connect your PS5 controller on the side of Cronus Zen. You'll see on your screen "Controller Disconnected" Then the controller icon showing it's charging. Which means your PS5 controller is now being detected by the PS5 through Cronus Zen.
04:50 - 05:22 - Testing the PS5 controller connected via Cronus Zen through USB port of the PS5.
05:31 - 05:56 - Connect the Gamesir to the bottom left USB port of Cronus Zen. My keyboard is connected via BT receiver in one of the USB ports of the Gamesir.
05:58 - 06:26 - Connect my mouse in one of the USB ports of the Gamesir.
06:28 - 06:52 - Test if the mouse is going to be recognized by the PS5 and able to fire a weapon (pressing the left click mouse button) and do ADS (pressing and hold the right click mouse button)
06:54 - 07:11 - Test if the keyboard (with the bind keys associated with the PS5 buttons) is going to be recognized by the PS5 and able to move left, right, back, forward and jump.
07:12 - 07:18 - Press the options (with the bind keys associated with the PS5 buttons) for the menu of the game.
07:20 - 07:32 - Press the switch weapon and reload (with the bind keys associated with the PS5 buttons)
07:33 - 07:45 - Press the special items/weapons (with the bind keys associated with the PS5 buttons)
07:56 - 08:20 - Test the mouse to look left, right, up, down and fire the special weapon pressing the left mouse button while doing ADS pressing the right mouse button.
08:29 - 08:35 - Pressing the ESC key on the keyboard as the PS button (with the bind keys associated with the PS5 buttons)
08:37 - Showing that the PS5 controller is not functioning while the Gamesir is connected. Reason being is that the Gamesir is now the main controller or the PS5 thinks this is the PS5 Dual Sense controller.
09:30 - 09:38 - Placing the PS5 controller side by side with Cronus Zen and Gamesir. And then moving the mouse and pressing the left mouse button to show that this is working and not a hoax. PS5 controller still vibrates though that's why it fell.
10:09 - 10:18 - Getting the keyboard to exit the game by pressing the PS button on the keyboard (with the bind keys associated with the PS5 buttons)
10:20 - I dropped my keyboard and the PS5 went to the homescreen lols.

Very difficult to film using one hand while showing how this can be done and it works wonders. I didn't activate the Cronus scripts. This setup is for educational purposes and now have a fighting chance with PC players when cross play is enabled.
