GLOSSARY OF TERMS used in these videos:
Ambient tracking - A feature that allows a heated humidifier to automatically adjust its humidity level to compensate for room temperature, which helps prevent condensation.
APAP - Automatic positive airway pressure. Another form of positive airway pressure therapy which uses software to automatically adjust the amount of air you need throughout the night.
CPAP - Continuous positive airway pressure. This treatment uses mild air pressure to keep your airways open while you sleep. A doctor will determine the pressure setting you need.
Rainout - Condensation or water in a CPAP machine's tubing, mask or hose caused when air that has passed through a machine's heated humidifier cools as it passes through the CPAP machine's tubing.
