Labour Department Haryana has taken up a series of measures to improve 'Ease of Doing Business'. The emphasis has been on simplification and rationalization of the existing rules and introduction of information technology to make governance more efficient and effective. In furtherance of section 4 read with section 81 of Information Technology Act, 2000 and in compliance of Business Action Plans (BRAP) 2O2O of the Department of Promotion of Industries & Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, the State Government of Haryana has approved maintaining records in electronic form under following Labour Laws and Rules framed
there under:-

3. Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970

12. Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
13. Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
14. Payment of Wages Act, 1936
