At Wall Street Plaza, 88 Pine Street, a groundbreaking sustainability project has transformed one of New York’s most iconic office towers into a model for energy efficiency — without compromising its legendary design.

NGS partnered with Solar Gard and they made Wall Street Plaza became the first building to receive a ConEd rebate for solar window film in New York City. NGS installed Solar Gard® Sentinel 35 window film across its glass façade — reducing solar heat gain, improving comfort, and achieving Local Law 97 compliance.
