Cliff Island Water Run Part 2

The seemingly never-ending water jug filling and hauling - a true snapshot of island life, continues.

Hope, the Island Cafe proprietor, helps Scott by filling some jugs when she has no customers. As they work together, Scott shares Lola's adoption story. It's quite the tale. Then he lugs the full jugs to his boat with help from some of the local island kids. There are such good kids!

Climate change is one of the topics of discussion around the island and the damage done last winter. Scott shares his frustration with Judy as they both have stories of the serious consequences of the changing environment in Casco Bay.

Back on Planet Sand, it's back to work as Scott stows his jugs before the sun gets to them. He also tells us that Hope is not going to be running the Island Cafe next season and if anyone wants to give it a try - give her a call.
