Trip To LAKE OLBOLOSAT // Riding On Swamp

My bike tour started from Bahati in Nakuru county through Subukia, Nyahururu, Shamata in Ndaragwa constituency and finally Lake Olbolosat.
In Subukia I had an opportunity to view the great Rift valley at Subukia view point.
In Nyahururu I was joined by a friend who together we proceeded to Thomson falls a scenic waterfall a few kilometers from the town.
Later we proceeded to Shamata through the edges of Aberdare national park and finally Lake Olbolosat.
Due to heavy rains our trip was cut short in a swamp leading to the shores of the lake.
We had to embark on a return journey past 7:00pm using a different route to Nyahururu and finally Nakuru.
