Being able to control your dreams and do whatever you want is pretty awesome, but is it dangerous? Many people don’t attempt lucid dreaming because they are afraid that something bad could happen, so in today’s video I’m going to talk about the dangers of lucid dreams and how you can avoid them.

Lucid dreaming is not physically dangerous and can't harm you in any way. However, lucid dreams are extremely vivid and feel just like real life, so if something scary happens it won't be fun. You can avoid this by thinking positively and learning the techniques to control dreams once you become lucid. Meditation also helps a lot too!

There are many benefits to lucid dreaming and you shouldn't let things like nightmares and sleep paralysis prevent you from giving it a try. While it's possible that these things could happen, they can be turned into good experiences as long as you know the proper steps.
