Ultima: MA / Ougi damage / Heal cap

Example run I decided to record. Some misplays here and there but the general idea is to:
- Try to push ougi omens first.
- Cancel 90% with Bub + nukes/ougi/zeta assassin
- Cancel 70% with 000 + nukes/ougi/zeta assassin
- Cancel 50% with 000
- Tank 40% with Perci2
- Deal 18 TA to clear pearl

After pearl, the dispel omen can be cancel by Bub or by Zeta auto attack + Noa double ougi, the 40 hits can be cancelled by Perci 3 or by some skills +the auto attack, and the damage omen can usually be cleared just by attacking

After 15%, it can cancel and ditch out a bunch of damage if playing correctly, but surviving for a lot of turns can be an issue. Fraux and Michael can help a bit if someone dies.
