Visiting El Chapo's in Maitland, NSW to beat the record for their Godfather Burrito Challenge! Hungry fans of Tex-Mex faire have only 45 minutes to finish a 2kg burrito loaded with rice, beans, veggies, cheese, and a meat of choice, along with a pile of chicken wings, and loaded sweet potato fries. Winners earn their burrito plate for free, and a crisp polaroid photo on El Chapo's Wall of Fame! With the record standing at only 20 minutes, could I top the leaderboards?!
