Amazing smoky vegan cheese - wow, you have to give this one a try!
So quick and simple to make, yet tastes so divine!

Amazing Smoky Vegan Cheese

▶️ Ingredients

1 cup cashews, soaked
150g firm tofu
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 – 2 garlic cloves (or use 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
1-2 Tbsp water or green olive brine (to help it blend)

Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You might find it easier to use a stick blender for this as the mix is really thick.
