Welcome to our video series about expansion of human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells in stirred bioreactors. We want to show you an approach which allows rapid process transfer from millilitre to benchtop scale using small spherical particles, so-called microcarriers. In the video, we give you an overview of the main steps.
