This video shows the new features and functionality added to the TOTECS Ecommerce platform in the 13.00 platform release.

The TOTECS team has released a new feature that allows users creating orders on the websites hosted on the platform to have the orders paid by Zip Pay. This allows businesses to offer an Order Now - Pay Later payment option to their customers, allowing customers to instantly receive goods and services and pay Zip Pay back over an agreed period of time, while businesses immediately receive up-front payment from Zip Pay.

The video shows how improvements have been made to the content managed websites on the platform to make it easier for Purchaser Managers and Sales Reps to approve orders when viewing the details of pending orders. It shows improvements to be able to show the Basket Product Field values that users set against products when adding products to basket, such as showing comments and other user information on an order line basis.

The video shows how surcharges can now be set when customers pay for invoices through their websites using the credit card payment method. This allows businesses to recoup credit card transaction costs if its customers decide to pay for invoices via credit card.

The video shows how a tax free taxcode can be set against order lines when an order is being imported into a business system via the connector software, when the order is being delivered to an overseas location.

The video shows how improvements have been made to the Location Finder content managed web page area to be able to customise the Location Details overlay when a user clicks on the Map Marker of a location in the Location Finder map.

The video shows how admins can now filter Product, Category and User Sales Performance over a different date range within the Administration Centre, making it easier to understand what products are selling the best, and by which customers online.
