Welcome to "That Philippines Life" – VIP 1st Class Room On Starlight Ferry! Philippines, I had very low expectations sailing on a Ferry to a small Island in Romblon Province from Capiz Philippines, yet we found out the entire ferry is air conditioned and had amenities including VIP Rooms. Which of course we just had to try for ourselves. Sailing from island to island int he Philippines is very normal with 7000 islands to see.
