➤Suggested weapon stats:
Deals 30 damage to enemies per tick at close range while spun up
While Spun Up: Movement speed will increase up to 40%, will reset upon spin up
On Kill: Gain 10% permanent faster movement speed while spun up, up to a maximum speed of +40%
+100% max primary ammo on wearer

Consumes an additional 10 ammo per second while spun up
Does not fire bullets

(NOTE: Valve will make their own stats for this weapon if they decided to add it to the game.)
