Juicy Chicken Shashlik Sticks – restaurant-style, tender chicken, fresh veggies & flavor in every bite!

Ingredients
Chicken Boneless: 500g (cubed)
Capsicum: 1 large (cubed)
Tomatoes: 2 medium (cubed)
Onion: 1 large (cubed)
Carrot: 1 medium (sliced)
Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Ginger Powder: ½ tsp
Garlic Powder: ½ tsp
Chili Sauce: 2 tbsp

Instructions

Mix chicken cubes with red chili powder, salt, ginger powder, garlic powder, and chili sauce in a bowl.
Add the cubed capsicum, tomatoes, onion, and carrot to the bowl and marinate everything for 1-2 hours.
Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
Heat oil in a pan, place the skewers in, and fry on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
