I have a wonderful friend who writes poems for me now, which I can set to music. The first poem was written for the painting of the same name by August Malmström.
My throat is swollen and sore, but I gave it my all.

Ich habe eine wundervolle Freundin die mir nun Gedichte schreibt, welche ich vertonen darf. Das erste Gedicht entstand zum gleichnamigen Gemälde von August Malmström.
Mein Hals ist geschwollen und schmerzt, aber ich habe alles gegeben.
