Best Primer Seating System
I have tired a number of systems for placing primers as I reload weekly. The last one I had, by Hornady, worked reasonably well but wore out after a few years and several thousand reloads. It was prone to allowing two primers into the seating chamber and it also placed them a little off-center at times. The offering by Frankford Arsenal is, in my opinion, vastly superior in both design and build than others. It is heavy, with solid metal components and an ingenious loading system that works exceptionally well. Primers are loaded into a tray effortlessly and the tray placed in the seating chamber one at a time without exception. I was able to adjust the seating depth and there is no tiny deformation at the edges of the primer once seated that I found with my old system at times. This Frankford system is bullet-proof and built to last for many years.
