Thanks everyone for the words saturday i should be all good now I'll see when I run later today how i feel. I took couple days off from exercising now I weigh 5lb more.

Short version i had severe hypernatremia then rhabomyolysis brought on by rapid fluid intake. To cure what was though dehydration which it wasn't.

I was supposed to stay overnight saturday but checked myself out against medical advice. I wouldnt of slept and they were just gona give fluids all night to clean and replenish system infelt good and cpuld have ran if I wanted to felt back to normal blood works said otherwise but I think body corrected itself by time I left with color of pee I was urinated amd frequency n a bottle.

I looked up stuff when i got home pertaining to what happened amd symtoms i had. Why I got rhabdo and why i had it come on. It went hand in hand with hyp"er"natremia. Not hyponatremia big difference.

So basically I eat alot of salty foods and cards because i run so much. Friday night had some Lil smokes with maple syrup like 11pm and Macoroni salad.. so lot of salt. Then breakfast like 6 hours later a breakfast suagase sandwhich. So tons salt in system.

During race I got real sweaty dropping water weight causing my salt level be to high in blood. That's why I started get nausaus during race. Thats a symtom of hypernatremia since I was pushing body hard sweating out water. Would also explain why muscles were tired quicker then should have been, blood was not flowing right to fuel them.

I drank maybe 6-8oz water after getting nausus but that wouldn't have helped much with as much as sweating and time it takes body absorb the water. The water went basically right back out.

So i when finished the race i was still sweating. I laid on the ground for 20 or so mins. Didnt drink anything since there was nothing near me then sat in car for 20 plus mins still not drinking anything. So not taking anything in to dilute thebhigh salt in blood put me in a severe case of hypernatremia. That would explain the tingling I had all over body and shakes in legs. It can cause muscles react that way. It's also sign if sever hypernatremia.

So when I got fluids in me it actually cause the rhabdo to set in. Apparently rapid fluid intake after hypernatremia can cause it. The IVs i was given actually caused the rhabdo since they replenish to quickly. But they also made me bounce back so kind of a dluble edged sword. That's why when in hospital my creatine kinase went up in blood because while on IV. Because it brought the rhabdo on.

Kind of a weird not well known situation. Not many cases known and more of a post partum woman thing. But I think that's due to not many knowing about the correlation. Well most people in general don't understand hypernatremia they think they have dehydration or hy"po"natremia. When its actually hypernatremia.

It's actually a good case study. Since not many known about it the connection. Probaly tons of people get treated for rhabdo and didn't know it was caused by hypernatremia. Which makes it take longer to correct if not make worse.

The research I did the other night on hypernatremia symtoms fit perfectly. Also hypernatremia causing rhabdo search fit perfectly as well sobthatvwhat happened. Video explains it more with a little psa in short 2nd video.
