In this video, I unbox the ‪@SingularSoundOfficial‬ BeatBuddy Mini 2 Drum Machine pedal. Like I did with the big brother, the flagship BeatBuddy, I will launch a full demo of this pedal later in the week so show you what it can do. What I can say is that like the BeatBuddy, the Mini 2 has a great build quality and includes the power supply at a killer price. Very few pedals I know include a power supply at the sub $200 price point, so this is definitely a big plus.

Additionally, the ergonomics of this pedal seem pretty solid right from the start including a big, comfortable footswitch that drives the pedal. This includes 200 songs styles making for a powerful songwriting and performance tool. I will say though that it doesn't include the SD card slot, so there's no opportunity to expand this as is the case with the main BeatBuddy. But if that doesn't bother you, then this might be a great solution for you. See you in a few days with the demo!
