Heart of Hospitality Award –2021 Award Recipients

To celebrate the outstanding work of the hospitality workers in our area, Visit Cook County MN started the "Heart of Hospitality Award" in 2019. Employers, Colleagues, Residents and Guests are given the opportunity to submit a nominee that they see as an example of extraordinary service.

We all know delivering extraordinary service creates loyal guests. Having a beautiful property or serving great food is important but not enough. Hospitality is what creates guest loyalty. And never has delivering authentic and caring hospitality been more greatly challenged than now during an international pandemic.

Visit Cook County understands the value of recognizing employees delivering service to our guests. Nominations are accepted from each tourism community: Gunflint Trail, Grand Marais, Grand Portage and Lutsen/Tofte/Schroeder.
