Concrete Beach House Design With Seamlessly Pavilion Swimming Pool Expanse Of The Ocean

The weekend beach house design from concrete, situated one and a half hours away from São Paulo, was specifically designed for a couple with three young children. It is constructed on sloping land that is encompassed by a significant Atlantic Forest reserve. The plot of land was legally permitted for construction purposes. The house was strategically designed on various levels in order to harmoniously blend with the surrounding terrain and trees. Access to the house is via the car park located on the lower level. From there, a spacious staircase extends across the first floor and leads up to the terrace. The terrace is where the social areas and the master suite are situated, all under a delicate canopy.

The children's suites are located on the first floor, which extends over the stone base of the house. This design element offers protection to the car park and guests as they arrive. The bedrooms are covered by sunscreen panels, ensuring privacy, while also adding a sense of airiness and transparency to the overall structure. The upper floor is the most desirable part of the house, capturing breathtaking views of the nearby sea and beach, which are mere steps away. A trapezoidal and ultrathin canopy sits atop large glass panes, creating a pavilion that seamlessly blends with the surrounding large veranda. The inside and outside spaces are seamlessly integrated, providing a harmonious flow throughout.

The gentle incline of the delicate canopy and the positioning of the wooden sunscreens direct one's gaze towards the horizon, seamlessly melding the swimming pool into the expanse of the ocean with its infinity edge.
