Did Pokémon Ultra Sun/Moon RUIN one of the best villains in the series?

Man I had forgotten how rough the framerate is in these games. Then they went and made it worse in gen 8 and 9. Thanks gamefreak. Anyway, this is all to say sorry about the inconsistent frames in the video, blame the devs. ):
