How to make a pulled sugar Rose with normal sugar- Pulled sugar flower-Rose en sucre

Hello Everyone,

This is a quick demonstration put together for some friends and students that ask me to show them how to make a ruse out of sugar.
I used a tartaric acid solution made of 2g cream of tartar and 2 g of water. you could use vinegar instead. No isomalt here.
This rose is made of 3 different style of petals.. you could just keep to one style.
I stick the petal as i go but you could just shape all petal first and stick them together after with a little burner or torch.
