VIRAL WALMART BIRKIN UPDATE, cancelled orders & is there a law suit coming!?

The walmart birkin that has gone completely viral and exploded all over tiktok, has suddenly disappeared from the walmart website and I have received a lot of messages and comments from people who had actaullt ordered one, but their order has since been cancelled! There is a lot of discussion on tiktok on what is going on, do we think Hermes have taken legal action to protect their Birkin, do we think a cease and desist could have been sent or could there be an Hermes law suit on the way?
