Rockridge is also the only BART station in Oakland to be served by one line. Rockridge station offers some of the most alluring views of the BART system when you walk to the western end of the platform, where the entire skyline of San Francisco can be viewed as trains round the bend in the distance by Children's Hospital. It is also the only single-line station in Oakland.
