There are 3 endings. In my full walkthrough you will find the best ending. For this video I only show the 2 last alternative endings.

Alternative Ending 1
In Act 2, when you have a chance, leave the High School.

Alternative Ending 2
In Act 2, don't run away from school, instead go inside and defeat the first sister.
This ending is similar to the best ending. The only difference is that you don't receive a voicemail from Ira (which means she is dead).
To kill Ira you have to make the third sister angry.
You have 3 ways to make her angry: don't answer her, talk bad about the doll "stupid doll" or insist that she is not Ira.

Fate of the characters ?? Just my theory
Linda: She will live with dark powers or she will die in car accident.
Ira: She will be killed or continue to be possessed by the third sister.
Siska: I believe she dies in the end or is possessed by the baby that she have in her arms.
Shelly dies hanged. Can be suicide or can be Siska who killed her.
Doni: Possessed and killed by the second sister. Or just had a natural dead but then is possessed by this sister.
Yayan: Locked in the washroom inside the high school, probably dies.
