Can I beat Pokémon Ultra Sun using Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules on my first time ever playing the game?

Normal Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Can only catch the first Pokémon on each Route (Species Clause);
3. Nickname Pokémon

Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode

Additional USUM Ruleset:
7. No Pokémon Refresh
8. Z-Moves are allowed
9. No Ultra Beasts, Island Scan, or S.O.S Chaining
