In this episode, I travel to upstate New York during the peak fall salmon run for a two-day trip in search of salmon. Our destination is none other than the world-famous Salmon River. Both days are spent on the Douglaston Salmon Run, where we explore the river. After catching the salmon, I prepare them for the smoker, which ultimately leads to creating three different hors d'oeuvres with the smoked salmon.
